Mô Tả Công Việc
- Plan, manage and monitor overall production performance and daily operating/troubleshooting to achieve the agreed company goals and objectives
- Ensure proper capacity planning, top quality, meeting of delivery times and cost effectiveness providing a well-organized and safe working environment.
- Continuous improvement of production process and overall production efficiency
- Train new employees, plan, organize and direct manufacturing personnel and perform disciplinary action when necessary and do annual evaluation of performance
- Plan technical equipment and ensure it is always up to standard and available in production process as needed
- Prepare budgets and plans, analyze production-related data, prepare and implement corrective action plans and submit production reports to general management
- Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations
- Other tasks as assigned by the Director

- Lập kế hoạch, quản lý và giám sát hiệu quả sản xuất tổng thể và điều hành / khắc phục sự cố hàng ngày để đạt được các mục tiêu và mục tiêu của công ty đã thống nhất
- Đảm bảo lập kế hoạch năng lực phù hợp, chất lượng hàng đầu, đáp ứng thời gian giao hàng và hiệu quả chi phí mang lại một môi trường làm việc được tổ chức tốt và an toàn.
- Cải tiến liên tục quy trình sản xuất và hiệu quả sản xuất chung
- Đào tạo nhân viên mới, lập kế hoạch, tổ chức và chỉ đạo nhân viên sản xuất và thực hiện các biện pháp kỷ luật khi cần thiết và đánh giá hiệu suất hàng năm
- Lập kế hoạch thiết bị kỹ thuật và đảm bảo luôn đạt tiêu chuẩn và sẵn sàng trong quá trình sản xuất khi cần thiết
- Chuẩn bị ngân sách và kế hoạch, phân tích dữ liệu liên quan đến sản xuất, chuẩn bị và thực hiện các kế hoạch hành động khắc phục và nộp báo cáo sản xuất cho quản lý chung
- Đảm bảo các quy định về sức khỏe, an toàn và môi trường

WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT
- University degree in wooden technology, industrial engineer, or in mechanical engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in production management
- Should have technical knowledge in wooden furniture products
- Experience in 6S, Kaizen and in the ERP-system
- Leadership, organization and communication skills
Skills - You will need:
‒ Good communication, pursuance and interpersonal skills
‒ Problem-solving ability
‒ Organization and planning skills
‒ Skills in numerical and statistical analysis
‒ The ability to work as part of a team, an understanding and appreciation of other people's work disciplines.
‒ Good at using computer and fluency in English.
