Production Document Control (Pdc) Officer

- PDC officer is the main player with regards to master data set up and engineering

- Guidance on design of master data input into ERP system

- Review and maintenance/optimization of master data for business purposes

- Carry out and administrate all requested changes to master data in a consistent way, solely on request of other responsible departments

- Conduct routine checks on master data and initiate corrective and preventive actions based on found mistakes. Guarding and securing Product Data.

- Assist colleagues with the right execution and administration as preparation of Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Technical Production Data (TPD) changes through the Change Control System (CCS) and ERP system

- Clarify the effects on inventory and system settings of Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Technical Production Data (TPD) changes

- Execute all administrative adjustments after decision making on master data in ERP system of Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Technical Production Data (TPD) changes

- Administrate borrow materials/transfers upon reception of the material borrowing form, monitor borrowing record and returning

- Carry out inventory adjustments upon reception of the inventory adjustment form

- Operate Document Control Centre (DCC), receive drawings from internal/external customers and input them into DCC. Making sure that drawings are prepared and documented into DCC according to all applicable regulations/guidelines

- Print and provide drawings to related departments upon request, make sure right version drawings with the right stamps and markings are provided for internal processing

- Receive and check Sales order Guidance received from Sale & Program department, make sure all settings and information is updated and right according to standards before order is transferred to responsible Planner.

- Conduct routine checks on project data and settings and initiate corrective and preventive actions. Focusing on Project surcharge, incorrect project parts & material borrowing

- Develop appropriate monitoring tools and techniques to improve Product Data Control and maintenance.

- Fulfill the requirements for any related works assigned by company.
