Production Electrical Engineer (Electronics Industry)

This position reports to Project Operations Manager

Role and responsibilities

• Execute production tasks according to manufacturing plans while ensuring product quality

standards.

• Promptly identify and resolve electrical equipment failures during production processes; conduct

data analysis and generate summary reports.

• Participate in developing and improving electrical production process quality optimization initiatives

to enhance efficiency and product quality.

• Quality Control - Electrical Installation: Guide installation per electrical schematics, perform inprocess

quality checks, and verify compliance with drawings/process requirements. Manage inspection

documentation and quality report/test record archival.

• Quality Control - Final Inspection: Document pre-energization and pre-shipment inspection results.

Flag non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, oversee rework validation, and compile

quality summaries.

• Conduct prototype/small-batch electrical installations and collaborate with electrical design

teams for equipment commissioning and acceptance.

• Provide on-site customer support for electrical troubleshooting and failure analysis.

• Select and evaluate electrical production consumables; track performance and collaborate on

configuration optimization.

• Operate, maintain, and manage electrical equipment/instruments following maintenance protocols.

• Contribute to production facility layout planning and workflow optimization.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering/Electromechanical disciplines with Electrician

Certification (automation experience preferred).

• 3+ years’ experience in electrical installation/commissioning for electromechanical systems.

• Proficient in electrical component knowledge, schematic interpretation, and independent installation

capabilities.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for electromechanical equipment failures.

• Detail-oriented with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

• Adaptive learner capable of managing project-based overtime requirements.

• Compliance-focused with 6S (5S+Safety) standards and company policies.

• Skilled in Office applications and EPLAN electrical design software.

• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally for on-site production support (English proficiency

preferred).
