Production Engineer (Accept Fresher)

1. Productivity: - Maintain the machine capacity and monitor the machine running ratio to meet the production plan - Improve the Tin Coating process in terms of line speed up, reduce the waste motion and follow the action plan of improvement activities 2. Quality: - Control defects of the product by checking, investigating, preventing, and following - Supervise the operation motion, make working instructions and improve the productivity of the operation - Check and follow up on the machine activities/ conditions and ensure spare parts are always available when necessary - Test trial running product by following the PDCA action, make and update the trial product specification 3. Safety & 5S: - Ensure 5S and Safety in the Tin Coating process area by assessing risks and implementing preventive countermeasures, training and patrolling violations 4. Others: - Weekly/ monthly report to the Supervisor of the Production department - Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager by Supervisor/Manager

- Male, graduated with an Engineering Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Controls/ Automotive/... - Can communicate in English - Fluent in Auto Cad, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Having knowledge and experience in related fields is an advantage, e.g 5S, Kaizen, 4M, 5W1H, ISO9001, 14001 (Freshers are accepted) - Problem-solving, team working skills - Able to work under high pressure (*) BENEFITS - Negotiated salary - Working time: 22 days/month (Mon – Fri); 12 annual leave and 03 Company Day off/year - Attractive remuneration system: bonus for holidays: April 30, September 2, Lunar New Year, New Year - Yearly salary review - Company trip and teambuilding activities - Shuttle buses from Hai Duong City or Hanoi City (Time City) to Company - Other benefits under current Vietnamese labor law.
