Production Engineer (Lean Engineer - VSIP 2 Binh Duong)

_ Set up production process routing.

_ Maintain and update data routing based on process change.

_ Review and improve routing to improve productivity through reduce NVA, SVA.

_ Process control and standardize improvement outcome.

_ Support (facilitate) automate process to reduce HC.

_ Run & report CI initiatives within manufacturing scope.

_ Developing new machines, tools, jigs for production process.

_ Daily Gemba Walk at production workplace to find out quick action plans to improve productivity, quality, safety, 5S and other activities.

_ Support preparing and translating Lean training material from English into Vietnamese.

_ Coordinate with Cross-functional Managers related to Engineering work and Lean strategy.

_ Do other tasks assigned by the direct superior.

_ Experienced 0-2 years in manufacturing environment

_ Graduated University in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or any Technical field

_ Experience at Automation will be preferred

_ Experience at takt time analysis and routing set up, CI projects, Engineering change projects

_ Basic to advanced knowledge in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Problem solving tools

_ Familiar with Lean tools such as Time study, Process analysis...

_ Take ownership for delegated works, proactive to report to high level and coordinate with other departments.

_ Able to work with chemical; good health for working in production environment

_ Can work overtime and able to work under high pressure

_ Can use good Microsoft Office software as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

_ Can use English in daily working
