- Layout design & redesign, install machine & equipment for production line
- Make plan, Manage and maintain machine & equipment in good condition
- Improve manufacturing system and process
- Keep machine & equipment operation in good condition.
- Layout design & redesign for factory
- Make plan & Manage the utility system
- Making Working instruction
- 4M change management
- JIG development & controlling
- Monthly LB analysis & improvement
- Monthly ST return & improvement
- Line Capa simulation & improvement
- UPH/ UPPH improvement
- New line stabilization
- Machine & robot management
- Other job as assigned

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- At least 2-3 years working experience of related position
- Experience in SMT/ semiconductor industry is preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Hardworking, able to work overtime
