Production Engineer - Upto 30Tr/month

1. Evaluate production capacity of the extrusion production line, optimize resources, improve production efficiency and assist production line to solve problems.

2. Formulate standard staff hours and headcount, improve operation methods and production line balance in a timely manner, improve production efficiency and reduce material loss.

3. Analyze and establish a standardized operation process of the production line through capacity analysis, continuously improve production efficiency, reduce production cost and solve abnormal problems in production.

5. Set standard working hours and production capacity, monitor the production daily data, analyse abnormal working time, reducing waste and improve operation efficiency.

6. Carry out other tasks assigned by Manager.

1. Engineering degree major in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Mechatronics or Automation are preferred.

2. At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing (experience in medical industry & Extrusion machine is preferred). Able to carry out overtime and occasional rotation shift.

3. Proficient in Microsoft office application. Has clear understanding of what is ISO system.

4. Good interpersonal communication skills. Able to work under pressure and strong execution skill.

5. Candidate with outstanding experience but without Engineering degree will also be considered.

6. Plan, monitor and review Production efficiency weekly.
