+ Make action plan working of the dept in monthly, weekly & daily base on the Task management
+ Confirm working result of subordinates following the plan and give out instruction accordingly
+ Combine with sub leader/ leader to build strategy for up quality/ performance of trial mold
+ Have preventive action when quality is liable have problem
+ Take full responsibility to train subordinates full openation manuals and remarkable points in use when the dept has new M/C equipment, program
+ Set up condition, technical/ process for new items
+ Design process/ procedure for new items
+ Support technical/ condition for PD dept when problem happen
+ Check & support first 3 lot when MP
+ Set up IATF 16949 for company and control quality base on customer requirement
+ Conduct assigned job by Section Manager/ Manager follow deadline
+ Report working result of the dept to Section manager/ Manager
