Production Executive

The Executive – Production will manage the operation of assigned production area to ensure the optimal efficiency, maximize asset utilization through the coordination of day-to-day operation across the production process to ensure availability of resources to fulfill production goals.
• To ensure production KPIs are met in terms of safety, quality, cost, delivery through effective communication and proper leadership directions
• To support the supervisors by providing technical expertise to ensure the quality of the product
• To enforce GMP and ISO 9000/ ISO13485 required procedures are applied, requirements in documentations, SOP/s are strictly observed and practiced
• To ensure technical team under the domain are fully responsible, make sure all equipment, machines are properly maintained, qualified, validated, calibrated, and perform adequate preventive maintenance to ensure a sustainable operation is established and avert recurrence of shortcomings in production
• To ensure production materials scheduling defined by the planning team effectively and efficiently performing good materials plan, control and follow up
• To maximize utility of resources effectively and efficiently such as machines, manpower and material
• To identify proactively any gaps and deviations to take appropriate corrective and preventive actions to drive a continuous improvement in all aspects of responsibility
• To lead production staff strongly and strictly meeting production schedule, product quality and sales commitment
• To communicate effectively with all other related departments, SCM, other B. Braun plants for related production matters for proper understanding, problem solving & decision making for good production result
• To ensure all production processes, machines parameters are in accordance with the procedures and work instruction
• To undertake any tasks or project delegated by the superior as when and where required.
