Production Manager

Salary Range: Negotiable (based on experience & skills)

Job Description:

1. Oversee manufacturing processes, ensure operational efficiency, and lead production teams.

2. Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet targets.

3. Optimize workflows to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery.

4. Implement and enforce quality control and safety regulations (e.g., ISO).

5. Lead, train, and motivate production staff.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Engineer, QA) to resolve issues.

7. Analyze production data and generate reports for management review.

Requirements:

1. Education: College degree or above.

2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of production management experience in electronic products manufacturing.

3. Skills:

- Be able to communicate in Chinese. Be able to communicate in both Chinese and English are preferred.

- Understand the local labor law and safety production regulations.

- Be able to prepare production documents in Vietnamese.

- Strong interpersonal skills to manage workplace disputes between operators.

- Familiar with the basic equipment in the electronic product assembly workshop.
