Production Manager

• Coordinate and manage daily production activities to meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Supervise and mentor production staff to enhance productivity.

• Monitor production schedules and make necessary adjustments for optimal output.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

• Manage overall production operations including cutting, sewing, and finishing.

• Develop production plans and allocate resources (manpower, machinery, materials) to meet targets.

• Monitor production output and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.

• Supervise line supervisors, team leaders, and workers; provide training and guidance.

• Coordinate with the PPC (Production Planning & Control) team to ensure proper work allocation and timely order completion.

• Enforce quality control procedures and ensure finished goods meet customer specifications.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for higher efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and factory policies.

• Report daily, weekly, and monthly production performance to management.

• Collaborate with other departments such as QC, HR, Maintenance, and Merchandising.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in garment production management.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage teams and production processes effectively.

• Prefer to proficiency in production management software.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• A person who knows how to prioritize tasks well, shows persistence and passion to resolve unfinished work before the day ends.

• A positive person who listens well to others, adapts flexibly to changing systems, and always maintains a learning positive mindset.
