Production Manager (Automotive - Vinh Phuc)

Plan, organize, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. Manage production schedules, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet production targets and customer demand. Monitor production metrics, such as yield, cycle time, and efficiency, and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize performance. Lead and supervise a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to resolve production issues, implement process improvements, and introduce new products or technologies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies throughout the production process. Manage inventory levels and material flow to support production requirements and minimize stockouts or excess inventory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management roles within the automotive manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and inventory management principles. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the automotive industry.
