Production Manager (Ngành Nhuộm)

• Be responsible for dyeing: quality, out put to ensure production plan of company

• Solve and repair dyeing product incase dyeing fail, colour not match with request of customer

• Set up dyeing system as request and responsible to control all KPIs such: OTD, WIP, Output, FPY, DCT, OTC, safety, 5S,Inventory anđ turnover rate…. Etc. to achieve company strategies.

• Working out and implementing standard operating procedures for production operations

• Manager & be handle in sample development: ensure to match colour with sample from customer & make colour receipt for producing.

• Implementing and enforce quality control to meet customer requirement

• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures, code of conduct, company policy and regulation.

• Arranging and optimizing resources to meet production targets.

• Analyzing production and quality control to detect and correct problems

• Working with technical team to determine and implementing improvements to the production process

• Perform any other tasks assigned by BOD/

• College/ University degree

• At least 3 years at the similar position

• Have experience in set up dyeing system in new factory

• Good Experience in dyeing technical

• Professional English communication

• Effective time management in a fast-paced environment
