Looking for a talented Production Manager who is capable to oversee all the activities in terms of production management, system, ensure the effectiveness of production running and give advise to solve bottle neck in production.
Description
The ideal Production Manager, reported directly to the Operation Director, will be responsible for the following activities:
* Reviews production orders/schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations.
* Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
* Resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
* Develop & maintain a cross-training matrix for the production department.
* Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.
* Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensurecompliance with standards.
Profile
The preferred candidate has Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related disciplines, combined with at least 10 years experience in Production of manufacturing plant, with at least 3 years in management level. Experience with high precision mechanical, mechanical build of engineering products. Familiar with engineering materials, finishes and tolerances.
Good command in English, able to work under pressure and high flexibility to adapt new environment.
