Production Manager (Sofa Manufacturing)

• Manage and supervise daily sofa production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

• Use AutoCAD to read, edit, and develop technical drawings for sofa frames and components.

• Develop and assemble sofa sample models, support new product development.

• Plan and control production schedules to meet export delivery timelines.

• Coordinate with design, technical, purchasing, and sales departments to ensure smooth production flow.

• Monitor material usage, labor productivity, and production costs.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.

• Handle production issues and implement continuous improvement solutions.

• Communicate with foreign customers or internal teams in English when required.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Furniture Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields.

• Proven experience in sofa production or upholstered furniture manufacturing.

• Ability to use AutoCAD for technical drawings.

• Experience in sofa sample development and assembly.

• Strong skills in production planning and delivery control.

• Good English communication skills (spoken & written).

• Leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
