Mô Tả Công Việc
- Sourcing subcontractor factory to book capacity
- Negotiate with factory to meet target CMP from Fob team.
- Solving all issue during production time like fabric and trims quality
- Working with FOB team to have production plan
- Co-ordinate working with QA/QC team to manage quality and inspection schedule.
- Assist in planning, allocating and monitoring production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage schedules and implement processes to optimize efficiency
- Do others tasks are assigned by Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in textile, merchandising, supply chain management or related discipline;
- At least 5 years’ experience in garment production merchandising.
- Garment FOB merchandising experience are preferable too.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong planning and negotiation skills including the ability to influence at all levels;
- Strong problem solving and analytical skill;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Good written & spoken English;
- Willing to work under pressure;
