Production Merchandiser (Garment Industry)

- In charge of the entire production of several product groups

- Manage orders from sample/material development until bulk production delivery.

- Directly resolve issues that arise during production and after delivery

- Make and follow T&A plan for sample development & bulk production

- Work and negotiate with factories/material suppliers about prices/costings to control budget

- Work with ERP system to issue PO and update order status.

- Co-ordinate with other teams Design/Merchandising/Technician/QA, Warehouse to ensure orders meet quality requirements and deadlines.

- Manage factory capacity booking and sourcing new factories when needed

- Other tasks as assigned by immediate manager

- University degree majored in Garment & Textile or a related field.

- Good understanding of garments constructions and quoting process and strong quoting experience required

- Minimum 5 years merchandising experience

- Proficient in Excel and good with numbers

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Positive and can-do attitude

- Good problem-solving skills

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

- Previous experience in managing FOB small orders is preferred
