Production Planner

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Responsible for making, monitor production schedule, ensuring materials are available and coordinating with various departments to meet the plan efficiently and ensure the timely delivery of garments.

- Following up and closely working with Mascot Denmark planner to re-arrange production plan logically and properly based on status of order and material arrive.

- Following production output, daily report and shipping plan to make new confirmed the time of shipment.

- Updating new purchase order, material arrive, shipment week on the plan.

- Issuing plan for every section, lines. Coordinating with Production coordinators of Mascot Viet Nam and Mascot Laos for any sudden change on plan.

- Other tasks required suitable with level of responsibility.

REQUIREMENT:

- University graduated in relating field.

- Knowledge of garment production processes.

- Good skill of production planning and data analytics is highly valued.

- Can use specific English of garment/ textile field and English communication.

- Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…)

- Able to work under pressure, responsible for the work, able to work as a part of team and independently.

- Priority for candidates with experience of Merchandise or working in garment factory.
