Production Planner (5 positions, working in Hai Phong)

We're looking for Planner who can base at Hai Phong or Ha Tinh:

The Production Planner is expected to be a highly organized, self-starter with excellent work-ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This individual has an excellent understanding of the full production process and will lead all activities related to the successful execution of electric vehicle manufacturing, production orders, and department management. This includes scheduling, production capacity and planning, personnel management, raw material, and packaging purchases, as well as profitability by reducing cost. Monthly reviews will include goal setting, progress reports, challenges, staff review, and process strategy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production orders for the whole manufacturing complex.

• Direct the procurement of raw materials and packaging with vendors; maintain inventory of all materials.

• Work with sales team on order projection of next coming months and ensure capacity is properly allocated with machine and technical know-how availability

• Display working knowledge of production trials and operation planning process.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure material, technical package approved are available and ready according to loading plan to avoid any production interval

• Ensure all productions are delivered on time.

• Track and consolidate key metrics, identify trends, propose corrective actions to protect the production plan.

1) Education/ Professional knowledge:

• Education: BS Degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field is preferred and experience in a production planning setting.

• Automotive industry knowledge or automotive mechanical knowledge is preferred.

2) Skill, Experience:

• Knowledge of production processes and quality control

• Strong at Math and analytical skills

• Technical skills using material requirements planning and scheduling software

• Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.

3) Other requirements (if need):

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
