Production Planner/ Assistant for Production Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To request materials for production following weekly plan

• To issue work orders for production

• To report daily consumption, daily production

• To report to Material and Production Planning Manager any issues pertaining production planning.

• To ensure sufficient raw materials to meets the production's need and liaise with warehouse for raw material supply on time. To monitor the stock control as well as maintaining the related records and documents.

• To ensure the timely and accurate completion of all related work.

• To follow ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in printing field

• College or equivalent

• Expert in office computing

• Working experience in foreign company is an advantage

• Good analytical, planning & problem solving skill

• Ability to work under high pressure

• Good skill in English written and spoken

Other requirements:

- Good health, good logic thinking, availability of time for travel or serve costumers

- High responsibility sense, enthusiasm and determination, dynamic work

General requirements:

- Working time: Monday to Friday, Saturday one week working and one week off.
