Production Planner (Lop)

1. Production-Planning for Loop lines/Assembly/Element Production

Daily communicate with region ( IPN,RBCT,RBJP…) to adjust the delivery according to actual production

Definition of required volumes, based on demand from MSEx

Daily cooperation with MSEx/QMM/TEF-team for quick reaction on problem solving, changeovers, planning-changes, material-issues

2. Inventory management

BP/CF/Monthly/Weekly inventory forecast

Definition of Min-/Max-Inventories and responsible for the inventory

Blocked stock monitoring

3. Drive BPS-activities at LOG

Contribute to CIP + Suggestion Scheme

SAP/ProCon planning, S4 HANA, BMLP

Digitalization roll out project from PS & HcP

4. Planning of Element-CKD-flow

Assure flow of elements from TbP (based on demand and agreed plan)

Coordinate CKD unpacking for loops and elements at HcP

5. Reporting/Adhoc request.

1. Education

University Degree (Bachelor/Master) with Industrial management or Supply chain related field preferable

2. Work experience

3-5 years as Production Planner (familiar with Pushbelt-Production is plus)

Experience in Problem-Solving, Project management, BPS

3. Traits and Skills

English - Business fluent

MS Excel (incl VBA, Macros);

SAP knowledge

Willingness to work under pressure and within team

Open to new topics, willing to learn
