A. Position Purpose
• Make production plans and follow up production status until goods was shipped out.
• Review and confirm TNA
B.Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Review and confirm TNA with Account Holder & Sales once receiving new orders based on capacity of factories and order delivery date.
• Make production schedule and update periodically.
• Coordinate with Account Holding team and Sub-materials team to collect and monitor material status of the orders.
• Follow up production status of the orders and collaborate with related departments to solve the issues related to production plan and shipment.
• Work directly with fabric mill to check fabric production status and delivery date.
• Organize weekly and monthly meetings with internal partners and proactively call meetings with external parties if any issues arise.
• Monitor, guide and support team members in daily work and settle all issues that occur.

C. Requirements
• Graduated from University, with at least 3 years’ experience of textile or related field
• Language: Immediate English
• Specific skills: Data summarization and analysis/Planning skill/Good in Excel and other automation tools (Ex: VBA code, Python, AI tools...v.v).
• Personality: Be careful and detail oriented/Ability to work both alone and in a group/Communication and problem-solving skill/Leadership
