Production Planning Engineer

1. Production Planning:

- Planning production, planning B day;

- Check the workforce plan for the next production shifts before sending the unit head.

2. Operating Production:

- Check the compliance with SEQ regulations, rules, and workplace PPE of all operators and shift leaders;

- Check for changing trends of important operating parameters (DCS, schematic);

- Examine the production performance of the shift group under the original plan;

- Solve or respond to problems with feedback from shift leaders and workers;

- Ensuring KPIs on production operations.

3. Other responsibilities:

- Train shift leaders, team leaders, workers according to the system requirements;

- Coordinate PD to conduct CP test and evaluate operating conditions during CP test;

- Make improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality improvement;

- Conduct internal patrols and correct non-conformities.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering - Food, Food Technology, or having experience in food production working;

- Be proficient in English and Microsoft Office;

- Have calculation and analytical skills;

- Welcome Fresher.
