Production Planning Manager

Role Overview:

Responsible for developing and executing large-scale operational plans across all manufacturing units (textile, plastic injection, metal processing). Coordinates material arrivals, industrial engineering plans, and production capacity to ensure seamless execution and optimized resource allocation. Acts as the bridge between operations, materials, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement unified operational plans across multiple production units.

• Coordinate with industrial engineering to align production schedules with material availability.

• Forecast production capacity requirements, plan material consumption, and manage bottlenecks.

• Maintain production KPI tracking and report deviations to Operations Manager.

• Optimize workflow between manufacturing units to maximize throughput.

• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely material delivery.

• Continuously improve production planning processes and ERP utilization (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tec-E).

• >8 years in production planning / PMC roles in large-scale manufacturing facilities.

• Experience coordinating multi-site operations or multi-line manufacturing.

• Strong ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

• Familiarity with manufacturing constraints, capacity planning, and material requirement planning.
