Job Description
1. BPS specialist (Lean manufacturing specialist):
• Leading improvements in value stream for MSE3 (manufacturing).
• Manage and implement BPS projects (lean improvement project).
• Train and coach BPS knowledge to manufacturing associates.
2. Owner for line performance (%OEE, CT, NU, TDC, TCT, QAM):
• Understanding line material / information flow: PQI, VSM / VSD, StD, ...
• Improve the documentation as ODS, CP, 14Q, 4M change.
• Solving daily SQCD issue at shop floor and cooperate/support to other line engineer.
3. MFG3 Technical capacity planning:
• Understanding the TPZ & MPS (technical capacity planning - from long-term to daily-term).
• Update and review MFG3 capacity based on each MPSx.
• Reporting and/or escalation to higher management to overcome challenging and reaching your responsible.
4. Quality management:
• Be representative for manufacturing during quality audit process.
• Lead internal quality audit process (IATF, ISO9001, corporate audit from central unit…).
• Promote quality programs to achieve zero defect target for manufacturing.
5. Support & coaching task:
• Take lead improvement projects in manufacturing.
• Coaching the new Line engineer / shift leader
• Experienced with digitalization and applications for shopfloor (dashboard, SAP, MEX…).

Qualifications
1. Education
• Engineer university degree or master's Industrial Engineer/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Metallurgy/ Electrical subject (refer Industrial Engineer).
• Hardware / Software Skills: ‒ Microsoft Office package. ‒ Programming language (e.g. SQL, Visual basic, C++…)
• Languages: ‒ Mandatory: English, Vietnamese, spoken and written. ‒ Optional: German, China
2. Work experience
• At least 3 years in lean manufacturing roles
• Experience in leading LEAN projects.
• Project / Task Management / Presentation
• Reporting (commercial, technical, quality, safety)
• Line management (e.g. applying PDCA, KPI, etc.)
• Experience in production planning (from daily operation to long-term planning)
• Experience in quality audit (especially in automotive manufacturing)
• Problem analysis and problem solving (e.g. 8D)
3. Traits and Skills
• Quality and output driven.

• Coaching, helping others develop.
• Leading temporary team
