We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Production 1 & Production 2 as a Production Staff / Assistant Manager, where you'll play a key role in supporting production planning, quality control, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities for Production1 position:

1. Prepare cutting lists for aluminium formwork (Al-form) panels and calculate raw material requirements.

2. Ensure that cutting lists are accurate and ready for use in processing lines.

3. Monitor and coordinate the production process to ensure that manufacturing orders meet delivery schedules.

4. Analyse production data and prepare performance reports.

5. Propose and implement improvements in cutting plans, production efficiency, and workers’ technical skills (e.g., drawing interpretation).

6. Able to work overtime when necessary.

Key Responsibilities for Production2 position

1. Making Production plan and schedule of delivery.

2. Making Purchasing Request for materials.

3. Perform the ERP and documentation work

4. Manage and control personnel for properly operation.

5. Analyzing production result and making report

6. Control production plan and delivery schedule, release drawing of Manufacturing order and follow production progress to make sure reach deadline

7. Improve productivity, worker’s drawing understanding skill, …

8. Others tasks according to manager’s assignment

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Languages: Fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.

• Work Location: Nhon Trach 6 Industrial Zone. Candidates must live in Nhon Trach or nearby and be able to commute using their own transportation.

• Education: College or university degree in Mechanical Fabrication, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.

• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office; strong AutoCAD skills are essential.

• Experience:

+ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical fabrication or same position in Manufacturing area.

+ OR fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered and trained.
