Mô Tả Công Việc
- The Production staff will be in charge of all the production activies including and not limited of following up production planning, checking and following up the production progress.
- Ensuring the production achievement and production quality and report to Manager about bottle neck issues may affect production plan and shipping plan.
- Controlling the personnel in production section.
- Manage and control the material to be used for production.
- Investigation and analysis the mistake during production and propose improvement for mistake prevention.
- Control WIP, safety, 5S in factory.
- Making resource plan including training plan based on budget plan.
- Other tasks as required from Direct Manager and Deputy Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male or female
- University graduation (Technical major is preferred).
- Having experience in production field of Japanese company will be an advantage.
- Good at communication in English is a must.
- Having high skill on planning, reporting and management
- Having high responsibilities.
- Good at Computer and Knowledge in Statistic.
- Good teamwork abitities, working independently and can work under high pressure.
- University graduation (Technical major is preferred).
- Having experience in production field of Japanese company will be an advantage.
- Good at communication in English is a must.
