Production Supervisor

1. Production Management & Oversight / Quản lý & giám sát sản xuất

<ins><ins><ins><ins><ins>- Supervise daily operations in assigned production lines to ensure targets are achieved (output, quality, scrap, manpower).

Giám sát sản xuất hằng ngày tại các chuyền để đảm bảo đạt chỉ tiêu (sản lượng, chất lượng, phế phẩm, nhân sự).

- Maintain discipline, 5S, and compliance with safety standards in the production area.

Duy trì kỷ luật, 5S và tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn an toàn trong khu vực sản xuất.

2. Reporting & Data Analytics / Báo cáo & Phân tích số liệu

- Prepare and validate daily/weekly/monthly production reports and KPIs.

Thực hiện và kiểm tra báo cáo sản lượng ngày/tuần/tháng và các KPI sản xuất.

- Analyze reports to identify abnormal trends, machine downtime, skill gaps, waste causes.

Phân tích báo cáo để nhận diện bất thường: dừng máy, thiếu kỹ năng, nguyên nhân tạo phế phẩm.

- Provide improvement insights and action plans to Production Manager.

Đưa ra insight và đề xuất biện pháp cải tiến cho Quản lý sản xuất.

3. SOP Management & Continuous Improvement / Quản lý SOP & Cải tiến liên tục

- Lead periodic SnOP review to identify process weaknesses and system gaps.

Chủ trì xem xét SnOP định kỳ để phát hiện điểm yếu trong quy trình.

- Standardize operational procedures, update workflow based on improvement results.

Chuẩn hóa và cập nhật quy trình làm việc dựa trên kết quả cải tiến.

- Provide training and refreshers on new/updated SOPs to ensure compliance.

Triển khai đào tạo, tái huấn luyện công nhân về SOP mới/điều chỉnh.

4. Efficiency & Performance Management / Quản lý hiệu suất sản xuất

- Monitor machine performance indicators (OEE, cycle time, changeover, scrap rate).

Theo dõi các chỉ số máy: OEE, thời gian chu kỳ, chuyển đổi, tỷ lệ phế phẩm.

- Recommend technical adjustments or workflow changes to improve line efficiency.

Đề xuất điều chỉnh kỹ thuật hoặc quy trình để tối ưu hiệu suất chuyền.

5. Material & Packaging Control / Quản lý vật tư & bao bì

- Control issuance, usage, and consumption rate of packaging and raw materials.

Kiểm soát cấp phát, sử dụng và tỷ lệ tiêu hao của bao bì và nguyên liệu.

- Perform inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies with warehouse.

Thực hiện kiểm kê và đối chiếu chênh lệch tồn kho với kho.

- Ensure accurate ERP entries for production material movement.

Đảm bảo nhập liệu ERP chính xác cho các giao dịch xuất–nhập sản xuất.

6. CPAR Handling & Cross-Department Coordination / Xử lý CPAR & phối hợp liên phòng ban

- Collaborate with QC to investigate defects and define corrective/preventive actions.

Phối hợp QC phân tích lỗi và đưa ra hành động khắc phục/phòng ngừa.

- Support maintenance team in breakdown reporting and root cause analysis.

Hỗ trợ bảo trì ghi nhận sự cố và phân tích nguyên nhân gốc.

- Track CPAR closure status and ensure on-time completion.

Theo dõi tiến độ và đảm bảo hoàn thành CPAR đúng hạn.

7. Assistant to Production Manager / Trợ lý Quản lý sản xuất

- Assist in production planning and resource allocation based on customer orders

Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch sản xuất và phân bổ nguồn lực theo đơn hàng.

- Prepare meeting materials, production summaries, and analysis reports for management.

Chuẩn bị tài liệu họp, tổng hợp báo cáo phục vụ quản lý.

- Act as the main contact point with warehouse, QC, safety, HR when Production Manager is absent.

Là đầu mối phối hợp liên phòng ban khi Quản lý sản xuất không có mặt.

8. Other tasks by Head of Department

Nhiệm vụ khác do trưởng bộ phận phân công

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a related field.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, particularly in Excel and reporting tools.

• Hands-on experience in production monitoring and efficiency control.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
