Job Description
- to take charge of the entire production department including meeting to DOT
- to maintain a cordial working relationship with other departments for the proper execution of the work.
- to ensure that planned production output are met,
- to ensure that all production procedures are followed,
- to ensure that production maintains products quality and reliability,
- to ensure smooth and efficient running of the machines during mass-production so as to achieve optimum production efficiency,
- to maintain and keep 5S on the machines and in the production floor.

Job Requirements
Sex: Male/Female
- Age: 27-40 years old.
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Have experience in same position at least 2 years.
- Have experience in Manufacturing environment about 3 years
- Have strategy view point and long term plan mindset
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership and result oriented.
- Good verbal, presentation, negotiation and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure
- Have d knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 is preferred.
- Good communication in English
