YOUR MISSION:

Production Planning: Anticipate the production capacity and planning management according to FG production strategy.

Supplier management: Develop supplier supply chain management maturity and autonomy.

Order management: Ensure reliable data price/cost and lead-time referencing of your products & on time delivery.

Stock management: Manage and optimize the stock supply and ensure a reliable stock.

Component management: Ensure component availability & optimized CPT stock for Finished Goods Production.

Pilot the activities: Turnover, margin, performance.

Continuous Improvement: Improve Supply Flexibility & Efficiency.

Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years in supply and production planning with a strong background and experience.

Strong Leadership: You thrive in complex situations and have the ability to lead and influence partners and internal teams.

Digital Edge: You use digital tools and systems to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and boost team productivity. You quickly adapt to new technologies and turn them into smarter ways of working.

Analytical Mindset: You are fact-based and data-driven, using analytics to inform your actions and decisions.

Good Communication: You communicate with clarity and confidence in English and Vietnamese. Chinese is plus
