Production Support Staff

Summary of Job Description

The Production Staff is responsible for supporting daily production operations and ensuring smooth workflow across factory workshops. This role involves closely following up on production planning to meet delivery schedules, monitoring safety and labor issues, and actively participating in Kaizen and 5S activities to promote continuous improvement. Additionally, the position requires updating, preparing, and issuing essential reports, announcements, and regulations to ensure clear communication and compliance throughout the production environment.

Job Descriptions

Major Duties

• Prepare daily production reports including manpower, input, and output results.

• Compile monthly reports on accumulated production progress.

• Record daily production and working time.

• Manage timekeeping, attendance, meals, and other logistics for factory workshops.

• Update daily production plans and inform workshops accordingly.

• Support production planning, including delivery plans and completion reports.

• Follow up on safety issues, labor concerns, and 5S activities.

Minor Duties

• Support workers with social welfare issues.

• Support translate notes and company rules.

• Support Kaizen activities and other improvement initiatives.

• Carry out other assignments from the Manager or General Manager.

Requirements

• Education: University degree in Technical, Accounting, or Business fields.

• Experience: Minimum one year of experience in technical or administrative roles.

• Knowledge: Automotive engineering, environmental issues, safety, and labor law.

• Skills: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, English proficiency, Communication skills
