Production Team Manager - Bikes

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate the strong growth of the BIKES business in Vietnam , especially for the high range carbon bike frames.

Build back better the RUN and speed up the transformation project for BIKES process.

Reinforce the price competitiveness & Green solutions following the global trends.

Coaching and accompany teammates to grow them as the next generation leaders.

Sourcing new suppliers for bike components and bike finish goods in order to serve for the SEA zone (and other zones).

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

You are a successful leader in different aspects of your job, especially on human.

You have experience in Production, ideally in the BIKES process.

You demonstrate autonomy and managerial courage. You are able to give the advice, give direction and sometimes solve the problem with teammates when they need you.

You are daring to try new things and get the team out of their comfort zone.

You are comfortable with cross cultural communication & management.

You speak fluent English, Vietnamese & Chinese speaking is a big advantage.
