Products Development Specialist CDL

JOB DESCRIPTION

OBJECTIVES

Analyze and keep tracking of (POS loan- CDL) New-to-bank product performance, provide ad-hoc reports, research data to the Manager and propose initiatives in order to support the strategic business planning activities

Co-ordinate with Product Operations regarding process changes/new process implementations for new and existing CDL products to ensure operational plans followed

P&L & NPM management for CDL product, as well as to reach the Target Profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Run queries on own data (Product Sale performance, Product Profit and Loss performance, Customer Segmentation, etc)

Monitor and control performance of products, campaign and projects by monthly basis

Review and analyze the product’s activities and trends (sales, risk, cost and profit performance) and report the findings to identify the strategies that will address company goals

Compile and deliver business intelligence reports to managers on a regular basis

Support manager to prepare ad-hoc reports according to her/his request

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations related to personal loan

Maintain an in-depth knowledge and trends of CDL products through reading reports, financial modeling and analysis

Build strong relationship with all colleagues and with all departments to ensure the quality of data sources

Support manager to prepare business case for new product, channel and project

Prepare Product documentation, include product concept and proposals, and all other materials to ready for launching

Propose new product ideas and improvement of existing products, cooperate with other departments to define, develop and implement new products or channels

Perform other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required

University Graduate – Major: Finance, Statistics, Economics

Min. 1 year of working experience in Banking & Finance specially in data analysis and reporting (experience in the same field, portfolio analysis, business analysis, financial, product management or mathematical background as a plus)

• Language requirements: English – Fluent

• Computer Skills: advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Power Point and Excel
