Responsible for providing policy servicing transactions accurately and timely as procedure; Enhance process and system for more automation and efficiency.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
A- Daily transaction processing (60%)
1. Process daily policy change requests from customers as guideline and achieve individual and team KPIs of TAT, pending, error rate and productivity.
2. Jet Underwriter
B- Enhance process & system (20%)
1. Be a tester to UAT POS enhancement items in core system and relevant applications. Base on requirements to make test case, test scenarios and collaborate to all relevant Departments to test & fix bug till completion and MTP
2. Participate to projects for enhancement and automation processes for shorten TAT, reduce hand-off and processing time. Recommend solutions/opportunities to improve business process
C- Others (20%)
1. Investigate error policies, system bug and work with IT & relevant Departments to define, fix, implement the system in order to meet business requirement
2. Verify/QC requests proceeded by team members
3. Other tasks as assigned: be the second person to back-up Supervisor when needed (assign task & control team when supervisor absence; on the job training & coaching; do complicated ad-hoc tasks)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• University’s degree holder and above
• English skills (TOEIC 500 or above)
• Insurance knowledge & experience (prefer)
