JOB PURPOSE
This role is responsible to:
• Actively involved in assigned initiatives/projects related to premium management
• Research and observe/ review systems, processes of the department to propose and lead implement necessary enhancement
• Perform required tasks related to partners/vendors management
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Actively involve in initiatives/projects to deliver expected outcomes within approved budget and timeline
• Prepare reports for projects/initiatives following project management requirement or per request
• Support or prepare communication materials for department
• Research and involve in system and process analysis to propose enhancement and lead implementation
• Realize problems/ issues and lead/ take action to resolve
• Update vendor profiles and perform relevant evaluation/ assessment on partner management system per request from RO/Risk or Line Manager

SPECIALIZED KNOWEDGE
Core Professional/Technical Competencies Required
• Knowledge of Life Insurance/IT/Economics/Finance is prefered
• Good use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Basic understanding on Project Management / Quality Assurance is preferd

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• University graduated preferably in Finance, Insurance, Banking, IT, Economics, or Business Administration
• Maximum 1 year of working experience
• Intermediate level of English
COMMUNICATION SCOPE
• Internal team: Daily, UAT, Velvet, Reporting.
• Cross function: IT, FIN, CS, POS, CO, Banca, Agency, PD.
• External: Premium Collection Partners.
