Program Analyst Officer (UI/UX)

- Conduct research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand insurance customer behaviors, agent workflows, and pain points across digital touchpoints.

- Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for insurance applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and brand guidelines.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and UI component library that ensures consistency across all insurance digital products and accelerates development.

- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate insurance business requirements into feasible and effective design solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, Computer Science, or related field

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience

- Proven experience designing enterprise applications and customer-facing digital platforms

- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process from implementation to positive user feedback

- Experience with Figma (primary tool)

- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles

- Knowledge of design systems and atomic design methodology

- Understanding of RESTful APIs and data integration concepts

- Experience in user research methodologies: interviews, surveys, personas, journey mapping

- Experience in mobile-first and responsive design principles, card sorting and information architecture techniques, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
