Program Manager (Based in Hoi An)

STREETS INTERNATIONAL (STREETS) is an ambitious, awarded hospitality and tourism social enterprise that empowers out-of-school, vulnerable, and underprivileged youth in Vietnam since 2009.

We are seeking an experienced, well-organized full-time Program Manager for the STREETS’ HoiAn-based management team, reporting to the Executive Director. This position requires a mature, problem-solving, and detail-oriented professional.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of direct reports, including instructors, program, and residential staff.

• Actively participate and contribute to STREETS management meetings, special initiatives, and discussions.

• Oversee all Trainee Instruction to ensure the curricula instructional standards and timelines.

• Supervise program staff to prepare and manage the weekly Trainee schedule of all activities, including classroom instruction, laboratory training, and apprenticing, consistent with the Master Calendar.

• Collaborate with Enterprise management, including a weekly Duty Manager shift and STREETS’s hotel-based externship program.

• Lead the bi-annual Trainee recruitment process to achieve the application, diversity, and geographic targets.

• Coordinate with NGOs, community-based social service organizations, shelters, orphanages, and government agencies on referrals and recommendations for Trainee applicants, ensuring timely communication and effective recruitment.

• Accountable for Training Center and Trainee accommodation facilities to ensure they are well-maintained, organized, and meet international sanitation standards.

• Manage and provide administrative, document, reports, and organizational projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• College or University Degree.

• Minimum 2 years supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality, education, business, or social enterprise (international experience preferred).

• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Measurable networking and team development capability.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office software.

Requirements:

• Experienced in managing a flexible work schedule, including limited business travel and management shifts with evenings and holidays as required.

• Must live in or relocate to Hoi An at the start of employment; a one-time relocation expense will be provided.

• Vietnamese Citizen preferred.

• 100% Non-smokers only.
