1. Planning and Strategy:
Develop Program Quality Plans
- Quality Gate
- Quality Ride / Capture Test Fleet
- Quality Issue Escalation Process
- Warranty / VOC estimation
- DFMEA / PFMEA / RPM reduction
- JD Power evaluation plans
2. Problem Management:
- Issue tracking, monitoring, verifying with Issue management system and prevent repeating same issue in the next program
3. Implement Program Quality Plans:
- Implement a developed Program Quality Plans with schedule

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1) Education/ Professional knowledge:
• Bachelor’s degree with a background in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive engineering
• English reading and writing skills
2) Skill, Experience:
• 3+ years’ experience in automotive quality-related activities
• Has extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering, automobile manufacturing.
3) Other requirements (if need):
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills (clear thinker).
• Good understanding of internal guideline and products/service is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Customer Centric thinking
