Job Description Summary:
+ Architect requires to be driven, design-focused architect who is looking to make an impact. He/she develops project designs, (creative design /technical) concepts for project and prepares presentations and design drawings, works on Architectural design projects and coordinates project design efforts internally as well as occasionally with clients and other design consultants/disciplines in support of the Project team leader.

Job Requirements
Design Skills and Abilities:
+ Supports Project leader in preparing Technical Documentation with client and as contained in the Brief;
+ Good knowledge of building materials;
+ Good understanding and application of sustainable design solutions;
+ Understanding of code compliant designs to both IBC and TCNV/QCVN;
+ Support Team lead in Specification writing with basic understanding of CSI codes, materials, construction methodology and relevant quality standards.
+ Coordination in support of team leader with other design disciplines CS, MEP, ID, LSC, ..
+ Being proficient in Revit;
+ Microsoft office: word, excel, PPT;
Design Management Abilities:
+ Support Project Leader in Preparing drawing registers and keep up-to-date throughout the different design stages;
+ Support Project Leader in attending both internal project meetings and external meetings with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, … where required.
+ Able to understand and implement contract scope of works relevant to the project;
+ Support Project Leader in Management of outstanding design items and closing out of design stages;
