Project Assistant Manager - New Garment Factory Project Development

• Project Planning and Management:

- Develop and manage the overall project plan, schedule, and budget for the garment factory construction.

- Collaborate with construction team to ensure the factory is built to specifications and within budget.

- Manage the project timeline, ensuring each phase progresses smoothly

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.

- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring approval from stakeholders.

• Risk Management and Problem Solving:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Handle project issues and troubleshoot any challenges that arise during the construction process.

- Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and present project progress reports to Project Development Director and owner; documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.

- Ensure proper documentation of permits, contracts, and regulatory approvals.

• Financial Oversight:

- Monitor and control project expenses to stay within the approved budget.

- Review and approve contractor invoices and work orders.

- Provide financial forecasts and cash flow projections.

• Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management.

- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry.

- Strong understanding of construction, supply chain, and factory operations.

- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Vietnam.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple contractors effectively.

- Priority is given to candidates who know Korean and have basic knowledge of engineering or construction
