Project Business Development (Freight Forwadring)

Purpose of the position:

The Project Business Analyst will work on multiple project teams simultaneously as sales in project team. Main responsibilities focus on Development customer / vendor / tender / bidding / project and follow up actions to archive the target.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Discussing with Project Director for yearly target GP / NR

• Manage & drive opportunity to meet yearly KPI

• Expanding domestics customers profile for project department

• Sending sales lead to oversea Project team if any

• Visiting / following at least 6 customers / week for their cargoes / opportunities

• Working with pricing team / sub-contractors on scope of work, rate and solution.

• Working with Project Specialist to survey & technical solution for huge cargoes.

• Provide quotation & MOS to Customers

• follow up outstanding of win cargoes for all free-hand inquiries/Bidding/Tender/Request

• Working with oversea offices for their cargo for project in Vietnam

• Prepare SOP and hand over to BSS team for handling cargoes.

• Keep relationship with vendors

• Working with other departments for handling normal cargoes which are obtained by Project team

• Update market situation in weekly meeting

• Monthly/Quarterly report to Project Director

• Performed another tasks assigned by Project Director if any.

Authorities:

• Lead the project following up the scope.

• Call support from pricing team/operation team/customer support team

• Signing on quotation to customers

Skills and Specification (Refer Recruitment):

• University Degree/Equivalent.

• Sales skills, good communication & knowledge in logistics field

• Business experience preferably in the areas of Projects, Windmill, turbine, heavy-lift and out-of-gauge / Oil & Gas /

• Sea & Air freight forwarding.

• Practical mindset and solution orientated.

• Maintain good standards and follow agreed procedures.

• Organized.

• Excellent communication skills in local and English languages, both oral and written.

• MS Office computer literate.
