Project Control Assistant (Nhân Viên Kế Toán Dự Án)

Control and monitor Project Capex Budget:

- Participate in project budget planning, prepare and coordinate the new plant budget (ARA) with Project management team; Perform revisions or simulations if needed

- Create and maintain WBS

- Coordinate and prepare monthly actual Capex report and variance analysis vs. forecast; Cash flow report, Downpayment report, ...

- Settle WBS to AUC

- Support F&C lead in coordinating with Start up team to plan the commissioning cost, intiative operational cost in the first 3 years when hand-over to operation.

- Ensure completion of project CAPEX capitalization in SAP

- EAC estimations of project

Assist engineer to classify fixed asset & validate and ensure depreciation rate are align NAS

Assist F&C lead to ensure all project procedures are effective and internal control are in place

Others:

- Ensure booking T&E to right Cost Center/WBS

- Check expense and confirm the cost of Icoform charged from other markets for training, travelling

- Check expense allocated from HO (Laptop, Globe cost, Personnel...)

- Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT)

- Filling documents

- Support project admin in peak time

• Formal financial qualification of appropriate level ( degree or similar)

• 2 years experience in F&C, costing preferable

• Good Command of English

• Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience

• Experience in fix assets reggistration and management is the must

• experiences in Project F&C control is plus

• Good Communicator, both in speaking and writing

• Good interpersonal skills, both within Project team, but also with other functional teams

• Good organizational and planning skills.
