JOB PURPOSE:

To take responsibility for controlling key project elements: schedule, cost, scope, risk, and change management throughout the implementation phase of the Penicillin Plant Project.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and update the Master Schedule, monitor project milestones, and consolidate periodic progress reports.

• Monitor budget and actual expenditures, detect variances, and propose corrective actions.

• Control project scope, manage change requests, and maintain a comprehensive Change Log.

• Assist in developing and analyzing the Risk Register, providing early warnings on potential accumulated risks.

• Coordinate with technical, finance, procurement teams and contractors for integrated cost – schedule – quality control.

• Maintain a structured data and reporting system: plans, budgets, progress logs, risk logs, dashboards.

• Support PMO during progress control meetings, scope/budget change decisions, and project KPI evaluations.

1. Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Construction Economics, or Project Management.

2. Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in project control in industrial, construction, or technical projects.

• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera; strong Excel skills; clear understanding of cost/schedule control.

• Ability to analyze data, synthesize metrics, prepare reports, and provide logical insight.

3. Skill:

• Strong communication, cross-functional coordination, and ability to work under pressure.

• Able to read technical documents and prepare reports in English.
