Project Coordinator

• Consult national and international clients on Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability (HSE&S) services.

• Actively engage in tracking opportunities, managing bidding processes, and coordinating proposal submissions.

• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to prepare proposals.

• Coordinate HSE&S consulting projects:

- Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.

- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.

- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

- Ensuring project deadlines are met.

- Determining project changes.

- Providing administrative support as needed.

- Undertaking project tasks as required.

- Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.

• Plan and organize training sessions on HSE&S .

• Maintain an organized log of potential leads and follow up to ensure closure of opportunities.

• Other duties assigned by HSE&S Service Manager or Director.

- Bachelor’s Degree or above in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

- 02-03 years of experience in project management

- Ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

- Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both speaking and writing;

- Good presentation skills;

- Good communication and problem-solving skills;

- Ability to work independently and in a team, under high pressure and limited time;

- Have a sense of ownership and be responsive when doing the work;
