Checking, review, control the design, drawing from consultants, other branch companies… to comply with project construction implementation
Coordinate departments to prepare documents for relevant departments upon request
Ability to making the concept design & developing drawing for construction in term of landscape, building according to BOD’s request
Prepare the document, presentation, report
Working with relevant government agencies in term of project legal aspects
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Graduated from university majoring in architecture field: Architecture, Construction, or related fields
Experience: Have work experience of 7 years or more.
- Architects with management experience of 5 years or more.
Specialized skills: Priority is given to candidates who have participated in high-end urban area projects
Soft skills: Priority is given to candidates who can use English; have worked with foreign partners
Using Autocad, Photoshop, Word, Powerpoint… (BIM, Revit is a advantage)
Workplace: The candidate will be working on the Hong Hac Project in Thuan Thanh, Bac Ninh (near Hanoi). The company provides a shuttle bus service to transport employees from Ha Noi to Project
Working time: Mon-Fri
