Project Development Deputy Manager - Real Estate Company

Responsibilities: 1. Legal • Review residential potential projects. • Analyze the legal documents and legal process of the projects. • Liaise with authorities in solving project issues. • Collaborate with internal departments for project status updating. • Conduct research and prepare reports on regulation. • Prepare submission for legal permits. • Find the potential projects. 2. Investment • Provide feasibility study and financial module for projects. • Monitor and follow the overall investment structure of real estate. 3. Others • Assist Manager/Director closely with daily operation, including translating and interpreting with local authorities, landlords, etc. • Other tasks assigned by Manager/Director.

• University degree in Law, Real Estate, Finance or any relevant majors. • At least 5 years of working experience in Project Development, Investment, Project Legal or similar role. • Have experience in residential projects at real estate developer is a plus. • Fluent in English (must have). • Good at MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). • Skills of market research, analyst, problem-solving. • Well organized, able to handle pressure. • Confident, enthusiastic, polite and detail-oriented.
