Project Development Planning Manager

1. Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive development plan for the assigned project, aligning with the overall township master plan.

- Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and risk assessments to inform planning decisions.

- Establish project goals, timeline, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

2. Project Development Management:

- Coordinate with specialized teams (legal, design management, construction management…) and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues / risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Support to liaise with and obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.

- Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.

- Provide regular reports to senior management regarding project progress, budget status, and potential issues.

- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or a related field.

- 10~15 years of experience in project planning, investment, development within the real estate development industry, preferably with large-scale township projects.

- Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including: planning, design,analyst and sales.

- Fluent English (Verbal& Writing).

- Proven ability to manage complex projects, meeting deadlines and budget targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes.
