Project Director

Job Purpose

The Project Director is responsible for leading and executing strategic projects related to digital transformation at SSI, focusing on process automation and initiatives to enhance enterprise operational efficiency. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve their objectives in terms of efficiency and organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the execution of strategic projects related to operations and transformation of the organization’s operating model.

• Directly manage and monitor the progress of multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure effective implementation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders: business units, support departments, and external project implementation partners.

• Assess needs, define project scope, develop implementation roadmaps, and establish success metrics to evaluate project outcomes.

• Provide regular reports on project progress, risks, and proposed solutions to the Executive Board.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of project management experience in a corporate environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.

• Proven experience in managing cross-departmental projects, focusing on process improvement, operational digitalization, or productivity enhancement.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify medium- and long-term trends in technology and business operations.

• Strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment, capable of guiding teams through challenges and maintaining commitment to project goals.

• Preference for candidates with experience in leading large-scale digital transformation programs in financial institutions or multi-industry corporations.

• Deep understanding of change management and managing cultural shifts within an organization during strategic project implementation.

• Excellent skills in project management, communication, conflict resolution, and resource coordination.

• Preference for candidates with knowledge/experience in the financial services and securities industry, as well as modern operational models.

• Possession of PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications is an advantage.
