Project Director In Real Estate

1. Project Pre-development - Prepare and develop the project plan & budget and specified timeframes - Review and develop the process of the feasibility study conducted by the business development team - Manage the project coordination with other consultants, designers, contractors, constructional governmental legislation bodies 2. Design and Tender Documentation - Coordinate all design works schedule with consultants - Ensure the product design layout is made marketable - Ensure the timely delivery of all tender packages and evaluation from the QS consultants 3. Project Construction Supervision - Oversee the construction program and work in close coordination with the the Subcontractor company within the specified time and cost - Work with the CM to set up the construction management manuals - Assist the Project Director Board to set the procedures to ensure the smooth handover of the project products to the clients and facilities management.

Working Abilities: - MSc Engineering degree or equivalent construction management experience. - More than 10 years in relevant role in real estate, construction industry with relevant high-rise building - Knowledge of building construction, general contract, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications. - Knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, purchasing, and engineering principals and techniques - Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to work with a flexible schedule to suit the project needs. Soft skills: - Strong computer skills - Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills
