ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES
1) Drafting Administration
a) Monitor Inbox’s
- Categorize and allocate emails into appropriate subfolders to be actioned)
b) Monitor workflow
- Requesting appropriate Files from Builder
- Collate all required files
- Create D+C (Design and Construct) job structure
- Raise PO (Purchase Orders)
- Allocate to drafting team
- Oversee priorities for detailers
- Follow up on jobs that have not been assigned
- Follow up on jobs that are awaiting information or confirmation
- Review updated plans to ascertain if the job needs to be revised, or, if the quote needs to be revised if the job still in detailing
- Reviewing and sending information requests and approvals to builders
- Send job to appropriate internal teams and builder immediately once completed
- Update all systems to show the correct ‘Status’ of jobs
- Metricon Type Posts
- Determine heights required for type posts in a timely manner
- Monitoring call up dates and advise the builder if delays are expected
c) Communication
- Regular and comprehensive, clear and courteous follow up emails to both internal and external customers
- Comprehensive, clear and courteous phone, Teams, or in-person interactions
- Answer enquiries from internal and external customers
- This includes general detailing enquiries
d) Finance
- Checking invoices match the quote
- Ensure D+C (Design and Construct) jobs up to date in software
- Sending D+C (Design and Construct) jobs to finance department for invoicing
- Monitor workload and general daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met
2. Customer Service
- Build genuine and consistent relationships with customers whilst providing friendly, accurate and efficient service.
- Seek opportunity to positively promote the Network Steel brand, products, services, and build new relationships.
- Maintain thorough and up to date knowledge of Network Steel’s products and services.
3. Teamwork
- Maintain effective relationships with immediate team members, and all other co- workers, in line with Company goals and values.
- Consistently work and positively contribute to the department and overall business goals and achievements.
4. Continuous Improvement
• Work to continuously improve customer service, processes & systems.
• Consistently work towards continual self-improvement and skill development.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and 2 years or relevant experience in a product, project, or support engineer role.
2. Having administrative roles as a plus.
3. Self-check of own work, carefully, responsibility, listening, receptive and long-term association.
4. Strong customer service skills typically developed from substantial experience working in a front-line customer service role in a small to medium size business.
5. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with our internal and external customers.
6. Highly developed computer literacy skills with intermediate skills in Microsoft software, and Project Management software such as Zoho
7. Strong organizational skills, with a natural flare in prioritizing conflicting and competing deadlines.
8. High level attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
9. Strong team work focus demonstrated through previous experience working in a positive team culture.
10. Positive can-do personality
11. Current drivers license & own vehicle (mandatory)
12. Certificate in business administration or previous experience in the construction industry is considered desirable, however not essential.
13. A knowledge/understanding of CAD style software is desirable
14. A knowledge of residential working drawings/plans is desirable
